💰 Salary: £30,480 (including sleep-in payments)

About the Role:
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team in one of our two new homes in Norbury and Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for resilient, caring, and proactive individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding care and helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care for children with complex needs.
• Manage challenging behaviours and act as a positive role model.
• Build loving and trusting relationships, supporting children’s emotional and social development.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment in line with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for children and contribute to their care planning and progress.
• Complete detailed and accurate records to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• Emotional resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to help create a stable, supportive, and family-like environment that respects children’s health, culture, religion, identity, and lifestyle.
• Commitment to following policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Willingness to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within two years of starting the role (if not already held).
