Ali brings a wealth of experience working with both adults and children in care. As Director, he’s deeply committed to creating homes where every child feels safe, loved, and able to thrive. He believes in going above and beyond to help each young person build confidence, gain independence, and grow into adulthood with the right support. Ali takes great pride in connecting personally with every child and is passionate about building a service that truly makes a difference.

Aimee

Business Administrator
Aimee holds a Bachelor of Laws and has always had a strong passion for helping people. As our Business Administrator, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—handling recruitment, compliance, systems, and day-to-day operations with care and precision. Her calm, people-first approach helps create a supportive environment where both staff and young people can thrive.

Sabrina

Business Administrator
Sabrina has spent the past seven years involved in childcare, gaining hands-on experience while volunteering at a home day care. Now working as a Business Administrator, she brings that same dedication, warmth, and reliability to supporting the day-to-day operations of the home. Hardworking and thoughtful in all she does, Sabrina plays a key role in keeping things organised and running smoothly for both staff and children.

Grace

Registered Manager
Grace has worked in the care sector for over a decade, starting her journey as a support worker and steadily progressing into management. She holds a Level 3 Diploma inResidential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. AsRegistered Manager, Grace leads with compassion, clarity, and experience—always placing the needs of the children first. Her warm, bubbly personality helps to create a homely environment where young people feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. Grace is passionate about developing her team, championing best practice, and making sure every child receives the support they need to grow and thrive

Shahzard

Responsible Individual
Shahzard became a Responsible Individual in2021 and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. He oversees the safe, effective running of our homes, ensuring they meet all legal standards and deliver care in line with each home's Statement of Purpose. Passionate about making a lasting difference, Shahzard is actively involved in supporting managers and building meaningful relationships with every child in our care. 

Beth

Children's Home Consultant
With over 30 years of experience in childcare and social care, Beth has dedicated her career to improving the lives of children and young people. From starting out as a support worker to managing an Ofsted-rated Outstanding provision, she brings unmatched knowledge, insight, and dedication to everything she does. Now working as a Children’s HomeConsultant and Ofsted Registered Responsible Individual, Beth supports homes in achieving excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth. She’s known not only for her expertise in safeguarding, leadership, and regulatory standards—but also for her warmth, wit, and genuine commitment to finding child-centred solutions that work in real life.
